Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Water Damage Operations. This website and related services are operated by Bower Online Enterprise LLC, doing business as Water Damage Operations.

Service Description

Water Damage Operations provides inbound revenue protection infrastructure for emergency restoration operators. The infrastructure is designed to protect inbound emergency calls during the critical early moments where silence, weak handoff, poor visibility, or delayed callback coordination can cause a caller to move on to another company.Services may include emergency call intake, caller reassurance, service-team alerts, callback coordination, SMS communication, and operational continuity infrastructure.

Scope of Service

Services may include custom configuration, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing operational oversight of inbound revenue protection infrastructure.Service scope depends on the operator’s inbound environment, phone configuration, communication needs, selected infrastructure setup, and protected phone lines.

Implementation

Implementation involves configuration work specific to each operator’s inbound setup.Implementation fees are non-refundable once deployment begins because the infrastructure is custom-configured for the operator’s phone environment, communication flow, and protected inbound lines.

Ongoing Service

Ongoing service maintains active infrastructure, monitoring, communication continuity, and related operational support.Service may be discontinued upon cancellation of monthly management. If monthly management is discontinued, active infrastructure and related continuity services may be disabled.

No Performance Guarantees

Water Damage Operations does not guarantee revenue outcomes, job volume, lead volume, close rates, response times, arrival times, insurance outcomes, pricing outcomes, or business performance results. The infrastructure is designed to give inbound emergency calls the strongest practical chance of staying with the company that received the call by reducing silence, improving intake continuity, sending operational alerts, supporting callback coordination, and maintaining caller reassurance during the handoff.Final outcomes still depend on caller decisions, client response time, staffing, service availability, the specific emergency situation, and other factors outside Water Damage Operations’ control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining their internal staffing, response procedures, callback practices, service decisions, dispatch decisions, and operational decision-making.The infrastructure is designed to strengthen inbound continuity, caller reassurance, callback coordination, and operational visibility. It does not replace the client’s responsibility to respond to callers, review intake details, make service decisions, or operate their business appropriately.

SMS Communications TermsWater Damage Operations may send service-related text messages connected to inbound emergency restoration calls, emergency intake, non-emergency callback requests, service-team alerts, caller reassurance, callback coordination, and operational follow-up.These messages are designed to support the active service request, reduce caller uncertainty, help the caller stay connected to the company they contacted, and give the service team the context needed to follow up quickly.Messages may be sent to callers, clients, service teams, or authorized business contacts when connected to an active inbound call, requested callback, or operational service request.Messages may include issue summaries, whether an issue is still actively happening, property details, callback numbers, important notes, team alerts, caller follow-up, and service-related coordination. These messages are not marketing messages. Water Damage Operations does not use this infrastructure to send unrelated promotional texts, cold outreach, or unsolicited marketing.By calling, providing a phone number, requesting a callback, or using services connected to Water Damage Operations infrastructure, you agree to receive service-related calls or text messages connected to that inbound request or operational communication.Message frequency varies based on the nature of the inbound request, service configuration, and follow-up needed. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact [email protected].Opting out of text messages may limit the ability to receive call-related updates, callback coordination, caller reassurance, or operational notifications by SMS.
