Scope of Service

Services may include custom configuration, deployment, and ongoing operational oversight of inbound revenue protection infrastructure. Service scope depends on the operator’s inbound environment and configuration requirements.

Implementation

Implementation involves configuration work specific to each operator’s inbound setup. Implementation fees are non-refundable once deployment begins.

Ongoing Service

Ongoing service maintains active infrastructure and continuity management. Service may be discontinued upon cancellation of monthly management.

No Performance Guarantees

Water Damage Operations does not guarantee revenue outcomes, job volume, lead volume, or business performance results.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining their internal staffing, response procedures, and operational decision-making. The infrastructure is intended to support inbound continuity, not replace business operations.
